Part 1
How we turned thousands of job listings into a fully automated prospecting engine.
One of the biggest bottlenecks for scaling up lead generation is finding highly qualified prospects that have key intent to buy something from you.
Most teams waste hundreds of hours hunting for leads, and still end up with an empty pipeline.
We built a better way.
AI Agency Lab built a fully automated prospecting engine that finds key decision makers from hiring posts, turning SEEK job listings into a list of ICP-matched prospects within minutes.
This saved our client 80+ hours hunting for leads and built a $200,000 pipeline in under 90 days.
Part 2
The no-code blueprint that saved our client 80+ hours cherry-picking job listings.

The step by step approach
Prospecting
This simple but powerful automation extracts hundreds of job listings from SEEK, finds the hiring company name and the email from the listing, and pulls the data needed for enrichment, so you can hunt down buying signals from companies that are hiring.
The trigger
The automation starts with a trigger from a Google Sheet based on a specific search term for the job title, e.g. accounting. When you hit run from the sheet, it starts the automation inside Make.
The scrape
As soon as the automation is triggered, an Apify actor searches every job listing on SEEK based on your criteria for niche, date range and sub-classification, then pulls out the job description and listing link to feed into the next part of the workflow.
Company lookup
We used Perplexity as a deep search engine to filter through hundreds of job listings, extract the relevant information, and locate the company name based on location and contextual info from the listing.
Domain filter
Based on the data from the job listing, we pull the email from the job description when it’s available and feed it into Google Sheets.
Google Sheets
Once we’ve gathered all the info from SEEK, we bring it into a Google Sheet, ready for the human-in-the-loop (HITL) stage and the next steps of enrichment.
Enrichment
This workflow takes you from manually finding LinkedIn profiles, emails, and buying signals to having a fully optimised list of hiring companies you can plug into your outreach system.
The trigger
The automation starts by feeding in the domain from the initial prospecting automation. This lets the entire downstream flow be built around that key piece of intel.
Niche lookup
ChatGPT is incredibly good at logic tasks, so we used it to look up the domain and description and confirm the company isn’t in a niche we want to filter out, e.g. another SEO agency.
Apollo
We used Apollo as the enrichment piece of the workflow, using the domain as a lookup to find relevant people within that company. This is where you can get creative and pull out job titles for your ICP, such as CEO, CTO, or HR manager.
The Apollo modules are split in two: one for finding the people and another for matching them, so we can locate, enrich, and extract in two steps. This lets us fully enrich contacts with LinkedIn profiles, revenue, emails and more.Google Sheets
Once the automation has run, we feed all of that data into a new enrichment sheet, so the team can QA the data and plug it into their outreach campaigns to really accelerate outreach efforts.
