Note on Capacity: We act as a technical delivery agent (Processor). The Client remains the Authoriser and Data Controller of all final communication.

Disclosure Entities: We disclose personal information to our business Clients (for whom we perform outreach) and to our technical support contractors located in the Philippines.

We have a team of global growth assistants for technical monitoring and system maintenance.

By interacting with our outreach systems, you acknowledge that professional data may be accessed by our support team located outside of Australia (specifically the Philippines) for these technical purposes. While all data resides in Australia, some workflow tools (such as Make and n8n) may temporarily process data on servers outside Australia during the execution of workflows.We maintain strict internal protocols to ensure our global team adheres to data protection standards consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
