AI Agency Lab Pty Ltd (the Provider) collects personal information about individuals in the course of providing managed lead generation and automation services to our business clients (Clients).

We collect and process professional information (such as name, job title, LinkedIn profile details, and business contact information) to facilitate business-to-business introductions and outreach. This data is used to populate "Digital Employee" workflows managed by the Provider on behalf of our Clients.
2. Disclosure to Third Parties
Data collected by the Provider is disclosed only to the specific Client who has authorised the outreach. Pursuant to our service terms, the Client acts as the Data Controller and the final Authoriser of all communications.
3. Service Operations & Global Support
To ensure your Digital Employee runs reliably, we have a team of global growth assistants for technical monitoring and workflow maintenance.
By interacting with our outreach systems, you acknowledge that professional data may be accessed by our support team located outside of Australia (specifically the Philippines) strictly for technical purposes and workflow monitoring.We maintain strict internal protocols to ensure our global team adheres to data protection standards consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
3.1 Our Commitment to Data Security
- Data Residency: All lead data resides in Australia, but processing systems such as Make and n8n may use global servers while processing data during the running of workflows.
- Strict Governance:Our team operates in accordance with operational security & data handling protocols (OSDHP). These internal guidelines ensure that technical monitoring is conducted with care.
- No Local Storage: Our team is strictly prohibited from downloading or storing client data on local devices. All work is performed within our monitored, cloud-based environment.
4. Consequences of Non-Collection
If we do not collect this information, we are unable to facilitate the relevant business introduction or provide the requested lead generation services to our Clients.
